The Corporate Policies & Services Division is responsible for areas pertaining to procurement, collaboration, finance, and estate management.

As the policy and process owners for these functions, we provide support to DSO’s Divisions to meet their business needs, while ensuring DSO’s organisational interests are safeguarded.

We partner and work closely with different Divisions to understand and address their unique requirements. In doing so, we ensure our policies and processes not only align with DSO’s strategic objectives, but also facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
